Cory Monteith's Post Mortem Results Revealed

The post mortem of the late Glee actor Cory Monteith have revealed that the star died from a "toxic cocktail of alcohol and drugs". He was said to have been out with friends that night and then came back to the Fairmont Pacific Rim Hotel in Vancouver, Canada. The death was said to be accidental.

The Canadian actor, who died on Saturday aged 31, had been battling with addiction to prescribed drugs and entered rehab when he was 19 to clean up his act. However, he was said to be "fantastic" and "sober" before he passed on. The autopsy was carried out on Monday and showed that Cory had taken a harmful mixture of heroin and alcohol, possibly consumed on his night out with friends. Cory was due to marry his Glee on-set partner, Lea Michele, at the end of the month. My thoughts and deepest sympathies go out to the singer/actor's family, friends and fiance Lea at this difficult time.
