Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds Comeback
Last Monday, we saw the release of the audio for Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds' new single In The Heat of the Moment. It has been 3 years since the last installment from Noel Gallagher's solo project and the band's comeback is just what the music scene is after. The music legend rose to fame as the frontman for 90's rock band Oasis but after a spat with his brother Liam, he decided to conquer the music world all on his own, with great success. The single releases on 17th November with the album set to release on 10th March 2015.
Noel also announced that he was going on tour next March to accompany the release of the album. Tickets can be found here - http://www.ticketmaster.co.uk/Noel-Gallaghers-High-Flying-Birds-tickets/artist/1637030?tm_link=tm_music_g9&hot_ticket_brand=music
The Vamps Make It Big
Last week was a great week for The Vamps! Tickets for their first ever headline 02 Arena show sold out in just 44 minutes. So much so that a second date has been added. On top of that, their latest single Oh Cecilia (Breaking My Heart) has charted in the Top 10 on the first week of release and at the Radio 1 Teen Awards on Sunday, they scooped 3 out of 3 of the awards they were nominated for.
Tickets for the additional 02 date on Friday 1st May 2015 can be found here - http://www.ticketmaster.co.uk/the-vamps-seated-london-01-05-2015/event/35004D4FCEDF8DCF?artistid=1056694&majorcatid=10001&minorcatid=60
Union J's "You Got It All" Video Release
At midnight today, Union J released the music video for their new single You Got It All. In a similar style to their second single from their debut album entitled Beautiful Life, this slow ballad is perfection. They are also touring with new boy band on the block The Vamps next May which is almost completely sold out across all shows. The single is officially released in mid November, but you can pre-order from iTunes now.
2015 looks like a good year for boy bands!
Ashton Irwin Makes A Full Recovery
Dearest 5 Seconds of Summer fans, you'll be pleased to know that Ashton has fully recovered from his appendicitis! Earlier last week, 5 Seconds of Summer announced that they were cancelling their promotion trips to the UK and Japan due to drummer Ashton Irwin contracting appendicitis. It was a shame to see them not make a return to the UK and smash us with a live performance at the Radio 1 Teen Awards, however, band members' health definitely comes first! Despite this, I think Ashton himself is upset about missing the two trips (and possibly bored from staying home resting and avoiding dairy products while the rest of his band enjoy their time off!)
We're glad you're better Ashton.
